What is it that makes Arai such an outstanding helmet? Is it the three generations of family driven to producing the best helmet possible? Or maybe the fact that every Arai helmet is almost 100% handmade, the pride of their craftsmen or their own “in-house” testing standards? It can take up to five years to earn the right to create an Arai shell. Each shell can take 27 steps and each step must be perfect. That is what separates Arai from other helmet makers: the pride and care they bring to what they do.
