I know it’s unbelievable but in a test carried out by Ride Magazine in the UK this cheese and red cabbage sandwich actually absorbed more energy than the padding in some of the suits they tested! Presumably, the padding was in there for protection but....?
So, what we can take from that is that all body armour is not the same. Forcefield Pro Sub 4 is still the world’s only back protector to achieve a true 3.38kN in the CE test which measures an average of multiple impacts and not just a single impact. It’s all very well thinking that because you have padding or a back protector you are okay but that’s not necessarily the case. Who knows, you might have nothing better than cheese and red cabbage sandwich protecting you.
All Forcefield products not only pass the CE tests but exceed them by a huge amount. If you are wanting to protect yourself, and why wouldn’t you, then you will not do any better than choosing Forcefield.
